This is a great opportunity for an individual to join the San UK Policy Governance Team. The role will entail carrying out Policy Registrar duties, which include looking after the banks Internal Regulation Register and Library which consists of Frameworks, Policies and Policy Standards.

Managing and administration of Santander UK’s Internal Regulation Register & Library
Administrating associated tools including SharePoint Online and the San UK Policy Mailbox
Embedding the Policy Hierarchy Governance Standard within the Division, ensuring Policy renewal dates are met and stakeholders are educated.
Ensuring new documents are created in line with the governance outlined in the Policy Hierarchy Governance Standard
Recommending and embedding new initiatives to enhance the current processes .
What you’ll bring
Ability to engage with stakeholders, communicate effectively and build relationships across the business
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Be Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams •SharePoint administration experience an advantage
- Speak up when you see something that can be done better with appropriate manners and in the right forums
What else you need to know.
This is a hybrid working role with an expectation to travel into the Milton Keynes office as required.
