Role mission:

Sitting within our People Operations team you’ll be reporting to the People Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR administrations tasks to support with onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for the EMEA/USA teams to ensure an exceptional and seamless employee experience at CUBE


Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to People Manager/team lead and employees on People-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
    • Maintaining our HRIS system to manage employee data, payroll, and performance evaluations.
    • Managing HR inbox as a first contact for employee queries
    • Drafting and sending employment contracts, initiating and monitoring background checks.
    • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of necessary equipment and tools for new employees.
    • Support with organising and facilitating of team events, workshops and training sessions
    • Collaboration with the Talent and Legal teams on projects on an Ad hoc basis.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Able to prioritise conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
    • Adaptable and keen learner
    • Experience with contracts and Docusign
    • 2 years of administration experience ideally within HR/ People
    • Confidentiality awareness
    • Process driven
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365
