Job description

Delaware North UK is hiring a part-time Risk Administrator at Head Office in London; although this will be a remote based role, you will also attend ad-hoc team or 1-to-1 meetings as directed. As Risk Administrative Assistant, you will support the Risk team with administrative tasks that support delivery of the R&C agenda and activities across the UK business. This will encompass several activities across the compliance, profit protection and H&S workflows within the Risk team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring accident, near miss and food incident reporting, collating information into reporting database and onward reporting as required. Collation of monthly and quarterly MIS risk reports for the Head of Risk, and consolidation and distribution of event audits completed by the H&S & Profit Protection teams.
  • Managing the Food Safety, H&S Safety and Allergens and other compliance training, including issuing course licenses, tracking training progress and managing certification, producing monthly training reports for distribution to the business, and maintaining relationships whilst being the primary liaison with our third party training providers.
  • Support the Profit Protection Manager with planning event team monthly schedules, consolidating availability, roster allocated shifts, and authorising staff work hours.
  • Support the Risk team regarding administration of policy documentation and governance framework, as well as driving compliance of mandatory activities at site level and providing additional support when necessary.
  • General administration for the Risk team including management of shared inboxes, document development, annual leave cover for some Risk Team admin tasks, and minute taking and publication for team meetings.

Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality sector or compliance focused role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Office IT applications and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication with exceptional organisational skills and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to work with little supervision.

Hourly Minimum Rate

GBP £14.85/Hourly
