Clinical Lead | Elderly Nursing Home
Salary: £45,500 per annum
Location: Taunton
Qualifications: Registered Nurse
Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Taunton area. This home provides care for Speech impairment, Stroke, and cancer care . The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager/Clinical Lead or deputy manager looking to take on a new challenge. The candidate requires previous experience in an elderly home setting and must have strong clinical knowledge and have a passion to work within elderly care.
Requirements
Qualified Nurse
Previous experience in a nursing home
Elderly care nursing home experience
Strong Clinical skillset
Experienced Team leader, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
Active NMC pin

This role is based in Taunton and commutable from Wellington, Sidmouth, Exeter, Bridgwater, Glastonbury & Yeovil.
