At Saint-Gobain PAM we are looking for an experienced Marketing Partner to join us as we continue to grow.
In the role of Marketing Partner, you will, develop and drive the Marketing Strategy for the Infrastructure Access Solutions (IAS) product group, directly contributing to the business’s overall Commercial, Marketing and Sustainability strategies.

What you will be doing:
- Responsibility for managing the IAS product portfolio and contribute to the ongoing Streamline process by identifying opportunities to rationalise, or improve · Management of product or service launches and related promotional activities
- Working closely with the IAS Sales Director in understanding the IAS customer and commercial
- strategies, define the marketing support required to help deliver its key messages and impactful value

- Provide support to our internal and external teams in creating impactful marketing, material including
- sales enablement tools, literature, videos, and guides
- Define a digital marketing strategy in support of our IAS commercial strategy to promote our company,
- capabilities, products, services, and solutions
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- An Innovative and Creative thinker who is self-motivated with a willingness to learn and to continually broaden their knowledge and skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment, have an attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret data
- The ability to lead and motivate diverse groups is also important, as is the ability to develop effective networks, and have the ability to communicate at all levels,
- CIM or equivalent qualification in Marketing and previous experience of leading multiple marketing projects and campaigns
- Confident in the use of various marketing tools including social media platforms and digital communication channels Previous experience with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign
