Parts Advisor Vacancy!
My client is looking to recruit a telephone-based Parts Advisor for their call centre in Reading Area.

We are looking for a competent Parts Advisor to work in our new 1Part team based in Reading. The 1Part Contact Centre is being created to liaise with our trade customers from a central point for the supply of PSA Group parts. The team will handle all third-party enquiries, order and arrange delivery of parts to relevant dealerships for collection, book parts into stock and invoice the parts.
The successful candidates will have excellent telephone skills, the ability to order and invoice and third party parts systems as well as superb customer care skills so that they can maintain and develop relationships with our trade customers.
