Job description
This role sits in the delivery suite in the Maternity department .
The post holder will work as a key member of the maternity department, and provide the team with high-level eRoster support to managers and employees ensuring the integrity of eRostering system is maintained, taking the lead role in both day-to-day and future planning of the inpatient midwifery and maternity workforce’s off duty.
The post holder will also support in planning the allocation on the roster for staff’s professional development, appraisal dates and training fixtures.
The post-holder will also need to ensure the security of the system is maintained through managing user-access and re-setting passwords.
Previous experience working with an eRostering system is preferred to undertake this role due to the busy nature of our team.
You need to be someone who is organised and works well in a team.
We need someone who can liaise with people from many different teams and will understand the importance of processes. We recognise that there is always room for improvement in our working practices and are open to ideas and different ways of working.
Whilst there is always someone you can turn to for help, we would like someone who can show initiative to join our team and can look to solve problems on their own.
