We are looking for a Reward and Benefits Analyst with a strong focus on data provision and insight to support key projects around our people strategy.
About the Role
- Sitting within the People Team this role will be responsible for the preparation of detailed data files, analysis and modelling to support reward processes, including annual salary review, gender/ethnicity pay gap analysis and the provision of benchmark data.
- Support with market research and the review of new potential benefits alongside benchmarking existing arrangements, to ensure they remain relevant and competitive.
- Provide support on key projects around people strategy – including input into reporting requirements and set-up for the new Global HR system (implementation currently ongoing).
About You
- You’ll have a proven interest and understanding of HR and Reward and various Reward initiatives including salary benchmarking, compensation, well-being, gender and ethnicity pay gap.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting with the ability to use data to explain and understand key trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Good knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on Excel: lookups, arrays, modelling, Pivot Tables, graphs and charts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, with a high level of personal credibility, meticulous attention to detail and self-motivated approach.

We strive for transparency in remuneration. The salary band for this position is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.

We offer 30 days annual leave per annum, plus an additional 5 day holiday purchase scheme. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age).
