Local Government in Cumbria has changed. The current six district councils and Cumbria County Council have now been replaced by two new unitary authorities - Westmorland and Furness Council and Cumberland Council.

About this opportunity
We are looking for a pro-active organised administrator to join our Revenues and Benefits team supporting the provision of Council Tax business rates housing benefits council tax reductions services as well as offering system support for specialist software revenue collections and arrears recovery.
We are looking for someone ideally with experience in a customer focused role with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and have the ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
