At Hendy, we are looking for a Vehicle Stock Controller who will be responsible for the creation and management of all company vehicle stock, whilst identifying and creating new vehicle registration opportunities. Reporting to the Company Vehicle Unit Manager, you will ensure all data is kept up-to-date on every stock record to enable accurate and timely business reporting.
This fantastic opportunity is maternity cover for a 6-month period, on a fixed term contract basis.
The base location for this role is Tunbridge Wells, however we do operate a flexible team working arrangement after the training period and travel across sites may be required.
The Opportunity:
In the Vehicle Stock Controller role, you will:
- Manage, convert and move the ‘Sales Availability’ of any stock allocated to Demonstrator, Company, Courtesy or CBS.
- Arrange the preparation and delivery/collection of any company vehicle stock;
- Administer colleague CBS vehicles through the CBS Portal;
- Pro-actively advise colleagues on the timely replacement of their CBS vehicle;
- Accurately maintain user records within the Driver database;
- Keep updated on the mileage and condition of any stock whilst managing the service and repair works and any fines pertained;
- Arrange necessary paperwork and travel kits for any overseas travel of stock.
- Convert any Demonstrator, Company & Courtesy stock into Used Stock for sale.

About You:

- A full UK driving licence.
