Retail Trade Account Manager
Salary: £33,000.00 plus £7,000.00 car allowance

What do we want?
This is an exciting time for our team as we introduce this new role into the business. Our Retail Trade Account Manager will report directly to our Head of Retail and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our retail trade business. Working in conjunction with our retail store managers to share market data, responsibilities include identifying and securing new trade accounts whilst continuing to provide support and growth opportunities to our existing account base.
You will be responsible for monitoring our competitor market and trends and ensuring GPs and product mixes achieve the desirable profit results. With a strong presence at Adnams events you will seek every opportunity to approach potential customers and gain new accounts.
The successful candidate will have the ability to influence internal and external customers and will have high standards of sales and negotiation skills. An understanding of retail operations, processes and systems is essential along with strong Adnams product knowledge.
You will have contact with key stake holders therefore excellent communication skills is essential.
