HM Stanley are a licensed franchise operator of M&S Foods, and as a locally owned company, we have big ambitions for ourselves and our employees. We are opening our first M&S Food store, and are looking for an experienced leader ready to make it a success. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in retail management and a proven track record of success in a retaining environment.
As a leader of our retail business, you’ll do more than just oversee daily operations. You’ll hire and inspire a team that is passionate about our customers, while identifying clever opportunities for growth. With a keen understanding of your store’s P&L, you’ll be driven to make our first store a success and will do so with a combination of leadership and expertise in modern retail trends.

- To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions and managing the KPIs.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within your team.
- To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Monday to Sunday availability
