Job description
COBAC Security provide people based services for national clients in the retail, logistics, event and leisure sectors.
COBAC Security believe in caring about and growing it's employees to provide the best service to our clients. We are looking for experienced and well presented retail security officers to work in a new flag ship retail store on Oxford Street, London. The positions are part time and permanent, generally two 9am-9pm shifts per week Monday-Friday.
- Salary: £14.00 per hour
- Hours: 24 (two 12 hour shifts per week)
- Job Type: Part-Time and permanent
Responsibilities of the Retail Security Officer:
- Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within working environment
- To be actively involved and care about to protection of the store and it's assets
- Act as a visual deterrent
- Liaising with police and other emergency services
- Report writing
- Internal patrols
Requirements of the Retail Security Officer:
- Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history
- Clear communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in apprehension of shop lifters and subsequent reporting would also be an advantage
- Valid SIA license
