As part of our continuing growth plans, we are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist.
The role:
The Receptionist will provide first point of contact to all clients visiting the office and managing the answering and transferring of switchboard calls.
Responsibilities to include:
- To be the first point of contact to clients visiting the office
- To manage the answering and transferring of switchboard calls
- To maintain the meeting rooms and reception area
- To accurately take and forward messages
- To scan incoming post and correspondence
- Add hoc achieving duties
Skills required:
- Team player
- Focused on client service
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience:
- Administrative & Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
