We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic Retail Sales Team. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.

Responsibilities of our Retail Sales Staff include:

Customer Service Excellence:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Product Knowledge and Sales:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits.

Sales Transactions:

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements for Retail Sales Staff:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not always required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 20 months

Salary: £21,006.00-£25,362.00 per year

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
