Our Marketing team have got big plans to take our brand to the next level, so we're on the lookout for an ambitious Junior Marketing Executive to join our talented team of marketers.
Reporting into our Customer Loyalty Manager, this is a varied role with the opportunity to get hands-on experience across many marketing functions while taking ownership over our all-important email channel. The role offers real scope for growth and development so we're looking for a super-smart A-player in the making with bags of passion and curiosity who'll play a pivotal role in a busy team!
Some of what the job involves:
Email Marketing:
- Work with stakeholders across the marketing team to translate acquisition and retention marketing strategies into email marketing plans.
- Work with Customer Loyalty Manager and Creative team to keep optimising and evolving our email programmes and content.
- Manage the targeting, sequencing and building of emails/SMS in our CRM platform, ensuring these accurately reflect our customer contact strategy
- Brief the Creative team on assets required for all CRM/email campaigns, managing our email critical path to ensure key deadlines are met
- Update email content to reflect campaign messaging and product offering
- Devise testing strategy to maximise email campaign performance
- Report against email marketing KPIs, identifying performance drivers and feeding these learnings into briefs
Marketing Coordination:
- Lead on the planning process for new showroom launch campaigns
- Oversee ad supply for press and out-of-home ad bookings, monitor ad placement and review media invoices
- Liaise with warehouse and showroom staff to ensure we're stocked up as needed with marketing collateral, such as brochures
- Support the Customer Loyalty Manager in implementing retention marketing plans
- Support the website team in uploading content for new product launches
What we would like you to bring to the table:
- Previous CRM marketing experience within a fast-paced company and an understanding of key retention marketing principles and metrics
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using an enterprise level CRM/email platform (we use Ometria)
- A real stickler for detail, understanding that the sum of every detail makes a huge difference. Never accepts second best!
- A methodical approach to planning, testing, executing and analysing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a good head for numbers and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels
- A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with web analytics and content management systems is a plus
