Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Manage the sales process of new and used cars, marketing, stock, finance and compliance.
• Lead, organise, direct and motivate the activities of the sales team and administrative support team to achieve our business plans and budgets. Train and coach all sales executives.
• Performance manage the sales team and hold monthly reviews.
• Be able to communicate directly with customers.
• Ensure the high standards of showroom presentation and CI standards.
• Understand and achieve all agreed targets both internally and from the manufacturer.
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction and ensure the customer journey is industry leading. Full compliance at all levels.

The ideal candidate:

• High achieving, driven and enthusiastic.
• An established team player.
• Experience as a Sales Manager.
• Skill and ability to coach and develop the sales team as necessary.
• A natural leader and motivator.
• Thrive in a customer facing environment.
