The company is a small start up looking to expand and grow and become a key player on the high street. I am looking to build a team of people who like me are passionate about making the retail experience special & experiential by using it as a tool to educate people about topics misrepresented by the media such as Pakistan, women and Islam, domestic abuse etc. I believe money can be made whilst also serving the community and giving back. A donation is made from every sale to help local charities around the world. I also believe retail stores should be used for more then just selling.
The collection is made up collaboratively with other social enterprises and also other female founders here in the UK. As a female founder, whose faced many challenges I believe its for all of us to support one another. Hence why the Pop ups will be made up of a selection of my products but also brands run by other small business owners will also be sold.
Where space permits I look to use to run events, which you would help design and run from henna design to serving food in a creative manner.
I am from Pakistani and want to bring components of what makes retail special in Pakistan such as the complimentary offer of green tea when customer enter, which is customary in Pakistan.
Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Skills:
- A passion to make a difference to the world we live in
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Previous experience in luxury sales nice to have but not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service

The job would require you to work at different sites such as Hammersmith, Mayfair, Shoredith and also potentially birmingham. As a small start up should I succeed & you enjoy your time with me, I would be looking to offer you a permanent role with scope to grow and seeking your creative input.
