We are looking to recruit a competent, compassionate leader with a strong track record of HR processes and best practice, to join us as a HR Team Leader to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities:The postholder will lead and provide line management to a team of HR Administrators to ensure the provision of a high quality HR administration and support service to all Change Grow Live employees and volunteers.
The successful candidate will manage the day to day running of a HR Administration service and act as a subject matter expert and decision/escalation point for complex queries regarding recruitment, payroll and associated transactions handled by the team.
We are looking for someone with strong management and HR experience, alongside excellent communication and organisational abilities. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with previous experience of working with HR systems.
Location: Can work remotely from home or hybrid working available in our offices in Brighton, Coventry, Leeds or Manchester.
