We are looking for a Sales Operations person to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonize buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.
You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.
One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.
This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote/hybrid basis for candidates based in UK or Finland.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for ensuring all policies are up to date, documented and optimised for business needs.
- Act as central hub for the global Business Development team ensuring timely and accurate communication as well as prioritising customer requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure metrics and KPIs are reported in a timely manner.
- Keep an overview of trends across all regions and highlight & report accordingly.
- Assist in the rollout of new initiatives and follow through with process changes.
- Coordinate Quarterly regional business reviews.
- Actively look for ways to help efficiency within regional sales teams, sharing best practices and helping increase the bandwidth of Business Development team members.
- Be a central point of contact with other departments to ensure timely communication and proactive follow-up of customer requests.
- Assist with the effective onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate regular events to educate and inform the business development team.
- Ensure the timely processing of purchase orders received from partners and resellers into the Salesforce CRM system.
- Aid partners and resellers with the generation of reports and status updates on deals whilst also ensuring the Business Development team is kept up to date with reseller updates and communication.
What you need:
- Working experience from SaaS or software or comparable business in a back-office or sales role.
- Experience working with SalesForce CRM.
- Strong collaboration and prioritisation skills as well as a clear & direct communication style.
- Excellent follow-through and customer service skills and attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and timelines.
- Passion for creating, simplifying and improving processes.
- Relevant qualification & experience in business administration or other related fields.
- Fluency in English as it is our company’s language.
