About us
Cardzone Ltd is a large national Card and Gift retailer.
We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team of Retail Sales Associates. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers and accurately ringing up sales. Also responsible for opening and closing the store, this includes cashing the till up at the end of the day. This position also requires an outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Must be reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products to customers.
- Answer questions about product lines.
- Sell gift cards based on customer needs and requests.
- Assess customer needs and make recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handle returns and exchanges.
- Assist customers in an emergency.
- Keep store clean and tidy.
- stock replenishment
- Checking off deliveries
- cash handling
- Opening and closing the store
- Use of an IPad to communicate to others
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 9 per week
Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
