We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right products, and assisting with sales and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of retail products, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping customers find the perfect products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information.
- Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Organise the store shelves and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Handle returns and exchanges of merchandise.
