Position: HR Apprentice

Location: Hybrid

Salary: £21,673.60 p.a. plus Benefits

Job Type: Fixed term Apprenticeship (15-18 Months)

About the role

As an apprentice in the HR team, you will be a critical part of the HR team. You will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including pre-employment processes, onboarding and exit processes. The successful candidate will gain experience working within a busy and fast paced HR department along with undertaking level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support. At the end of the apprenticeship, the individual would have good understanding of different aspects of HR along with valuable HR generalist experience.

During the course of the apprenticeship, the individual will focus on work -based learning, carry out self-study, attend virtual classrooms and complete practice assignments. At the end of the apprenticeship, the individual will undertake End Point Assessment to evaluate skills, knowledge and behaviour against the apprenticeship standard.

Eligibility:

• UK/EU Resident for 3 years
• Not currently a student in funded learning
• Hasn’t completed a similar qualification at same level or above
• GCSE in Maths and English

Experience

• Previous experience within an HR environment desirable;
• Good general administration experience;
• Significant experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and HR databases
• Working in a busy environment with tasks that require a short turnaround

Successful candidate will need to meet the eligibility criterion for the apprenticeship course.
