You will provide exceptional customer service, help customers make informed purchase decisions, and ensure that the store is clean and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide customers with in-depth product information and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle both cash and card payments.
- Keep the store fully stocked, organised, and looking great.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising to create eye-catching displays.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
