Job description
Barbour Partner Store Shrewsbury has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Retail Assistant to join the team, working on average 16 hours per week.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities:
- You will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional positive customer experience.
- Help to maximise sales and achieve Store Sales targets.
- Become an ambassador off Barbour to ensure you are able to effectively help customers and achieve and create the ultimate customer experience.
- Handle customer queries confidently, escalating where required in a calm efficient manner.
- Undertake all training and development as required and actively seek out new product information.
- Play an active role in supporting the Management Team with store standards, including ensuring products are displayed attractively within visual merchandising guidelines.
- Work under pressure during busy periods, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Be aware of loss prevention and security procedures following the appropriate escalation and incident reporting when required.
