Retail Sales & Operations Manager
As Cherrydidi, an established independent all British made gift shop-gallery, plans for national growth we have a unique opportunity for a hands-on Retail Sales & Operations Manager to lead the Cumbrian team. You will go between our two stores, Ambleside and Keswick, as well as having the flexibility of working from home once a week.
You will be a people person, be a natural leader and keen to make your mark, have a passion for supporting small businesses, be focussed on delivering the best customer service, have a proven track record of generating sales, have drive to increase retail sales performance and profitability with your team, have an aptitude for technology and problem solving, have a natural ability for visual merchandising and be capable to run and improve the Cherrydidi operation.

Qualifications/Skills/Interests
- Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in a busy retail environment preferred.
- Experienced with technology: MS Suite, Social Media and Shopify preferred
- A passion for British handmade
- A commitment to supporting independent retailers

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
