Mt. Spokane Pediatrics and Spokane Pediatric Urgent care (sister clinic) is looking for a medical receptionist to join our team! We are a growing practice with two locations in Spokane and are seeking a candidate with excellent multitasking skills and at least 1 year of experience in a medical office.
We have both full time and part time positions available. Full time positions include Medical, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, and PTO.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients
- Answering phones, transferring calls appropriately
- Patient registration
- Patient chart maintenance & updating
- Collecting copay's, taking payments
- Insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
- Going above and BEYOND to make patients and their families feel comfortable!
- Assisting with back office tasks
Work Location: North Spokane,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
