We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations manager to join our Swindon Store. You will lead the BOH by driving performance and maintaining an elevated Ralph Lauren customer experience within the store.

EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS
- Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses and exceeding sales and key metric targets: Conversion, Units per transaction, Sales per worked hours and delivery and replenishment productivity
- Partner with CEM to implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance
- Identify opportunities to benefit the business
- Manage Marked out of stock efficiently following company calendar & guidelines
- Maintain a safe working environment for customers & employees
INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM
- Lead & inspire the team to deliver process efficiencies to support the Customer Experience team
- Responsible for developing the best talent with skills to complete the Operational job roles
- Set goals, support personal development plans & opportunities linked to performance
- Manage the operational training of store process, technical devices including the registers
- Recognize achievements across all level of employees
- Manage teams adherence to the brand dress & grooming standards to ensure representation as Brand Ambassadors
RL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE MODEL
- Support the consistent communication, drive the RL Experience service model to an exceptional level to ensure a positive lasting impression
- Share product knowledge ,to ensure operational efficiencies & fulfilment of product
- Drive operational efficiencies to ensure that the customer experience team can connect, convert and conclude
BRAND PRESENTATION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
- Manage delivery processing & inventory flow, to increase sales & exceed delivery processing KPI's
- Ensure deliveries are treated with priority & efficiently to avoid any loss of sales
- Partner with the customer experience team to ensure daily replenishment requirements are achieved & replenishment targets are exceeded
- Monitor & manage the RFID & IPOD processes to ensure daily compliance
- Manage the workforce scheduling tool, ensure daily, weekly, monthly data are maintained
- Ensure compliance to company policy & procedures including, cash management and Health & Safety.
- Manage store supply requirements & expenses within agree budget
- Manage store opening, closing elements which relate to registers , cash management efficiently to company guidelines, daily reconciliation & call out any financial risk to line Manager
Skills & Knowledge
- Energetic, passionate and results driven
- Must have manged a team of 10+
- Experienced leader having previously worked in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 strategic cycle's in a Operations manager role
- Covered or knowledge front of house operations
- Must have used WFM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
