Job description
The ITCG Retail Marketing Team are looking for a Marketing Specialist on a 6 month FTC which is key to the delivery of customer-centric digital and offline product marketing, strategic planning, promotions and print projects.
This role will support the National Sales Organisations (NSOs) in the delivery of compelling marketing and promotional campaigns that works across multiple markets and consumer touchpoints.

What we ask
This role will expose you to a variety of tasks including:
- Attending project briefing and set-up meetings.
- Creating project plans and timelines.
- To liaise with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Obtaining quotations and create Scope of Works.
- To track progress of project status versus agreed timelines.
- To monitors spend versus agreed project budget.
- To post project analysis and review, producing final project report.
- Summarising learnings and provide recommendations for future projects.
- Reviewing all ongoing promotions regularly, analyse KPIs and continually recommend enhancements.
- Engaging with key internal stakeholders including legal, other marketing functions, digital teams, and finance, to gain understanding of business priorities and agree suitable tactics to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Managing external partner agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to KPIs and business objectives. Run quarterly business reviews gaining feedback from internal stakeholders to continually improve agency relationships and operations.
- Supporting the team with marketing requirements and act as the coordination point for retail, e-tailer & other instore communications.
You will need
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong multi-channel marketing experience.
- Retail marketing experience.
- Experience of delivering consumer promotions.
- Experience of managing complex projects with clear KPI’s and measured RO.I
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
- Ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Experience of digital marketing projects.
- English fluency in speaking and writing is a must, knowledge of any other European language is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
