
Retail Marketing Manager- 12 Months Chertsey, England
Job description
You will be enthusiastic and passionate about new technology, understand the retail environment and can work to an extraordinarily high standard. Working alongside the Performance and Planning team, you will be responsible for the delivery of robust compliance dashboards measuring compliance of GTM execution, to the Regional teams, allowing them to run monthly, adherence to contractual agreements with our channel partners.
We are looking for flexible individuals as working hours may vary occasionally depending on business requirements. A challenging and exciting role where there is excellent opportunity for progression.
- Handle timelines/CPA and plans for all launches across all retailers ensuring that projects are handled on time and on budget;
- Handle the planning, design, production and execution of in-store ticketing and POS elements for all retailers
- Lead all promotions, awards and other 2D executions in all retailers
- Lead all 2D project bidding, procurement and evaluation processes in collaboration with the finance team
- Maintain the relationship, briefing and execution of design and production agencies.
- Maintain the relationship with the print procurement agency to drive efficiencies and ensure quality deliverables
- Maintain and develop the merchandising database (planogram portal) ensuring accurate real-time records of all channels;
- Build clear and comprehensive presentations to be shared with senior leaders
- Confirmed POS roll out experience
- Retail marketing experience would be preferred
- Strong IT & Excel skills with knowledge of how to analyse data and create reports to show results;
- An excellent eye for detail, who can identify trends and patterns of information and can communicate findings in a clear and concise manor;
- The ability to identify issues before they arise and plan for contingency;
- The passion to plan and prioritise your own time efficiently and effectively;
- The desire to build and maintain effective working relationships (influence and negotiating);
- Have advanced PowerPoint skills, using varying presentation types (Sell-in, Communication, Project Planning);
- Consistent delivery on each of the above points
