Job description
We require an extremely organised, professional, motivated individual to join our head office team. As an account Manager you will be required to work predominantly from our head office but be flexible around travel for surveys and client meetings. You will be liaising with new and existing clients discussing our full range of services using our existing sales process in line with the company sales strategy. You will be the point of contact for all clients within your region and be supported by the FM Operations Manager and Property services Co-ordinator, along with the remainder of the head office team. The successful candidate will be extremely organised and have experience in account management and ideally the Facilities Management Industry. Some of the daily tasks will include:
- Self generating leads & working with BDM to target clients.
- Working with Supply Chain Manager/Commercial Director to increase revenue and make workflows efficient.
- Survey, Quote, Communicate, Convert, Manage Account Relationships.
- Work closely with Operations Managers & Coordinators to ensure smooth & efficient delivery of services.
- Promote Oculus in a professional manner
- Ensure profit driven sales processes are adhered to.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
