Bath Aqua Glass is the Premier Glass Manufacturer in the Historic City Of Bath. We have been handblowing glass in the city for 26 years providing art glass, jewellery, tableware and much more alongside our glassblowing/making experiences

We require shop assisstants at both our Abbey Courtyard & Walcot Street locations.

ABBEY COURTYARD

Joining our Abbey Shop Team, we require a permanent Sunday staff member. Other shifts will be available at the shop manager's discretion.

```Duties:```
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Pack items for customers
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

```Skills:```
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient and timely completion of duties

WALCOT STREET

Much like the Abbey Shop, Shop duties will be very similar. At our glassblowing studio we have an open viewing area where we welcome those who wish to watch our glassblowers work and maybe have a go themselves. If working at Walcot, you will be required to greet & book in those who have booked glassblowing experiences. We also have a cafe onsite (Cafe By The Furnace). It would be helpful if you hold any food related qualifications as sometimes our shop staff help waitress in the cafe. Full training can be provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour

• Bath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
