About You
The Marketing Designer will work closely with our Marketing Manager to contribute towards our marketing and branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels. You will be passionate about graphic and digital design and have a good understanding of marketing and branding. You will use design to communicate complicated concepts in a clear and effective way for our audience. You will be proactive, present ideas to the team, and respond to creative briefs.

The main responsibilities of this role are to:
· Work with Marketing Manager to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
· Manage the creative process from concept to completion
· Design multi-media marketing materials that can be used across various platforms
· Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
· Maintain and update brand guidelines
· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, enforcing the correct brand style guide and communicating the brand ethos
· Understand and report social and environmental trends that can influence our strategy
· Strong attention to detail throughout all job responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Design or marketing-related qualification
Essential: Proficient in Adobe suite
Desirable, but not essential: KeyNote

Hybrid working - This role will mostly be based at our HQ in Colwyn Bay. However, the marketing team works remotely one day per week.
