A few things about you
We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic about delivering the best customer service, will communicate confidently with customers and will be a team player!
Experience isn’t essential, but a willingness to learn is!
Main Responsibilities- Ensure all stock levels are controlled and rotation procedures are maintained
- Practice strict portion control and identify an excesses of waste or shortages of food to a Supervisor
- Ensure all foods are displayed and served according to the food service plan for each area.
- Replenish all contents and maintain stocks.
- Ensure sell by dates and good stock rotation methods are adhered to
- Observe correct use and care of equipment reporting any defects or faults in accordance with company procedures
- Carry out cash handing in accordance with company procedures
- Clean and load vending equipment, general equipment used in meal service and the environment.
- Ensure all food and beverage dispensing outlets are in good working order and that routine cleansing and maintenance schedules are performed
- Assist with materials requisitioning procedures
- Clear and clean tables and wash up crockery and production materials as requested by the supervisor
- Ensure the dining areas are maintained according to the room layout plan and hygiene management schedules
