Business Support Administrator
Location: Denman International, Bangor
Hours of Work: 35 hrs per week
Denman is a global leader in haircare manufacturing and distribution, specialising in hairbrushes and styling tools. For 85 years we have helped stylists, barbers, and consumers to create styles that have transformed the industry. Through expansion we are looking for a committed individual who will help deliver our goals. Full training will be provided.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
You will primarily support the growing Ecommerce division within Denman. The role will focus on the day-to-day running of Amazon global, liaising and troubleshooting directly with the Amazon support team. Other responsibilities will include sales order processing, marketplace research and reporting. The role also requires the candidate to support other sales channels within the business, as required. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, hardworking and pro-active individual who wants to expand their experience in the field of Ecommerce.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting with Amazon Global Accounts:
- Sales Order ProcessingProduct information and data uploads
- Support tickets and case logs
- Account checks on products, pricing and listing
- Management of global Buy Box and Dynamic Pricing
- Monitoring of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), as well as referral and storage fees
- Reporting through Helium 10
- Liaising with Ecommerce partner
- Participating in on-line webinars and training to ensure knowledge is up to date on policy and systems.
- Support for international Denman websites including the overseeing of product information and partner invoicing
- Online research including the monitoring of brand representation, pricing and competition
- Reporting through tables, dashboards and charts
- Admin support for meetings, diary planning, minute taking and follow-up
- Liaising with internal departments such as finance and warehouse
- General office duties as required
PROFILE
Essential Criteria
- 5+ GCSE Grades A - C in Maths and English Language.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Able to demonstrate excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT literate. Experience of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong work ethic.
- Be organised, efficient and pro-active.
- Flexibility as required by the business.
Desirable Criteria
- Working experience of Amazon or other global online marketplaces.
Hours of Work
Monday - Thursday 0830 hrs - 1700 hrs
Friday 0830 hrs - 1330 hrs
