Job description
Larkhall Butchers is looking for a full time Retail Assistant to join it’s team in Bath, Somerset.
For decades Larkhall Butchers has been an ambitious multi-award winning butcher and speciality grocery store situated in the heart of Larkhall, on the outskirts of Georgian Bath. Not only does Larkhall Butchers boast well-stocked traditional butcher’s counter but also a selection of cooked and cured meats, a range of fresh fish and other accompaniments with a strong focus on provenance.
You will be a Retail Assistant who is comfortable working with food and drink products to create a well kept, approachable retail environment. You should have a strong appreciation for local food and drink as well as a strong eye for detail. Day to day you will manage stock rotation, service customers to the highest of standards and work with the management team to develop both the offering and the environment of the shop. You should also be an excellent communicator with an ambition to develop further within the company.
You must have at least two years’ work experience within retail/sales. Additional training in the food industry is available on site.
4 day working weeks available.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
