Joob Joobs the largest sweet shop in Northern Ireland is opening a second shop in Bloomfield shopping centre bangor which is a much smaller shop than belmont ! :]
Looking for great bubbly personalities to connect with our customers and ensure they become our repeat business. MUST HAVE GCSE MATHS GRADE C OR ABOVE.
We are looking for one manager : ** PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO RETAIL EXPERIENCE. THIS POSITION STARTS THIS WEEK. PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU CAN'T START THIS WEEK.
THE SHIFTS WILL BE:
MONDAY/TUES/WED 12-6PM
THRUS/FRIDAY 12-4PM
The manager role will be the person in charge of running the shop as well dealing with staff.
Duties include:
1. Stock take
2. Cleaning ice cream machine weekly
3. Organising rota
4. Ensuring sales targets are met for themselves and other staff
5. Discipline staff when required. Train and hire new staff.
6. Running social media and ensuring high engagement
7. Developing new ideas/busines strategy to improve customer experience and sales.
8. Maintaining delivery apps - deleting products/taking images of products.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 0-40 per week
Salary: £5.00-£10.84 per hour
