WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY SALES CO-WORKER• You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings.• You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented, and easy to shop.• You have a good understanding of basic sales principles. CUSTOMER RELATIONS CO-WORKER• You provide an efficient and accurate checkout and customer service experience in various areas of the store.• You ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.• You build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
