Job description
As a Team member, you will be the core part of the customer experience. A genuine smile and an ability to connect with others is a great start. Looking for team players with a no job too small mentality. Team members are expected to wear many hats during a shift; greeting customers, making food orders, making coffees, handling checkout and cleaning duties etc.
Position Availability Requirements:
Applicant must be available for some midweek day shifts along with weekend availability.
Team Member Job roles:
- Maintain cleanliness of the front line, bathrooms, clean tables and chairs. Restock food, utensils, drinks, and bathrooms.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients and allergens to customers.
- Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, preventing cross-contamination on the front line.
- Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
- Set up, maintain and break down salad counter ingredients.
- Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
- Making coffees (Barista training provided).
Experience: No experience necessary.
