As a member of Brasted’s Restauarnt staff you will be helping to provide the customer an excellent experience while visiting us.
Brasted’s is one of Norfolk's foremost institutions offering a range of weddings, conferences, parties, and receptions; the bulk of our bookings are weddings, however over the past few years the company has successfully diversified into other locations and it is the company's intention to continue growing this part of the business in which you will be instrumental.
In terms of events, we place particular emphasis on private celebrations such as weddings, birthday parties etc. You will gain vast experience of these, especially the ‘Brasted’s way’, with a strong emphasis on the qualities & systems which have secured our enviable reputation.
Our dynamic company has exceptionally high standards, as an ambassador, we expect that you will emulate these with attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
You are required to work flexible hours, sometimes with flexible roles, in order to meet the needs and responsibilities of this position.
We are offering Part Time 0 hour contacts to start with and excellent rates of pay the majority of our work is weekend based with an exceptionally busy summer season from May – September Experience is not essential as we will provide our full in house training for all candidates.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To ensure the company service standards are met
- Delivering a friendly and efficient service to our guests at all times
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serving a variety of drinks from tea, coffee and soft drinks to a range of alcoholic beverages.
- Re- stocking the bars with all products as necessary.
- Cleaning of the bars to ensure that they are tidy and presentable at all times and in line with Health and Safety standards.
