Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) Project Manager (PM)
Level: CL9 Specialist

The V&A PM is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven project management professional to play a key in Marketing & Communications (M+C). The PM is the central point of contact and responsible for proactively organizing and managing tasks/activities in detailed workplans and coordinating team members to execute projects from start to finish. This global will require you to leverage your PM skills for task management, issue/risk resolution, tracking status, communications and coordinating resources. You will keep projects running smoothly day-to-day, working with the V&A team to track tasks and to help ensure deliverables are received on time. The PM may be assigned special duties and may be given other special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established PM and marketing processes leverage existing tools and templates
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating V&A Collections site
- Responsible for supporting development of and maintaining V&A internal site
- Central coordinator for project team members executing tasks
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating workplan status, and tracking issues and risks
- Responsible for monitoring deliverables
- Record keeper and communicator of meetings, decisions, action items, stores project materials
- Responsible to update templates and playbooks including Aviator
- Develop status reports as by gathering data from multiple sources as deals move through the V&A process
- Support development of KPIs and tracking metrics
- Provide research, benchmarking and capture best practices
- Support various process improvement initiatives and other special projects designed to improve business effectiveness
- Create and maintain overview decks and content for deals closed for broader internal audience
- Create and maintain a V&A communications calendar; including updates to M+C leadership, quarterly updates to M+C V&A leads for the reports we are requested for earnings, coordination of portal article announcements and/or Yammer posts for the latest V&A comms news
- Support creation and updating of campaigns in M+C Plan (our new SynOps system)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, project management qualifications a plus
Experience and Skills:
- Intermediate project management skills: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling/Monitoring, and Closing projects
- Some marketing experience and demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and channels
- Exposure to various project methodologies: traditional, Agile, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
- Efficient meeting management
- Self-starter and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and actively engaged with the team
- Ability to motivate team members to complete tasks by building trusted relationships
- Produce high-quality, detailed work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, Workspace is a plus
