Borage Restaurant is looking for a part-time restaurant staff to join our small, friendly team.
We are a family restaurant serving European cuisine with a French influence.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in the hospitality industry and/or has a strong desire to learn. Preferably over 18 years old due to serving alcohol. Our restaurant holds Michelin recognition so a high standard of working ethic and abilities is a must.
Working hours would typically involve Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings, and Sunday lunchtime. Working hours are up to 15 hours per week but not limited.
You need to possess the ability to learn menus, wine list, ingredients, and cooking methods used in our restaurant.
