D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent.
Skylon is located on the 3rd floor of the Royal Festival hall in south bank centre. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame river views at this airy Modern European with 1950s design touches. The restaurant features modern British cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere separated by a stunning centerpiece bar, which is renowned for its fabulous cocktails, gin experiences and wine experiences.
We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will aim to exceed our customers’ expectations with your warm, charming and engaging management style and approach.
We are looking for candidates who are highly enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming and open to new challenges. You will be looking after and motivating the entire team to aim for best results in order to support the delivery of our business strategies.
In addition, with your exceptional service, food and drink knowledge you will also lead and inspire the front of house team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will actively encourage a culture of high standards throughout your entire team. Previous experience of working as Restaurant Manager in a busy operation or fine dining restaurant is crucial in our selection process.
