To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills. We are looking for someone who can work independently and with minimal supervision to create engaging and on-brand designs, emails, and landing pages that reflect premium and high-end quality.

- Conceptualise and present ideas and rough drafts. Draw from inspiration, experience, top brands, and latest styles and trends.
- Produce the media material using the appropriate brand collateral, colours and fonts. Use A.I. generated, free, and purchased stock, plus media supplied by in-house and external content creators. We’re keen to hear about your knowledge of Generative A.I. in your cover letter.
- Turn designs into emails and website pages using the WYSIWYG editors of ActiveCampaign (our CRM) and WordPress (our CMS) platforms.
- Ensure all media content meets the team’s requirements and are on-brand, stunning, and premium.
- Use our project management and messaging systems for design approvals and feedback.
- Contribute regular reports to present metrics to evaluate the impact and performance of the media content.
Requirements
- Education in design, communications, marketing or relevant fields.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of software that is related to graphic, email, and web design. WordPress or Webflow experience is a must have. At least one email building platform experience is required. You'll use Canva and Midjourney extensively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage delivery schedules for multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired
- Experience working for brands that build sound, audio or creative software.
- HTML, CSS, and JS experience to hack into landing pages and newsletter templates.
