Job description
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong Admin background to take the first step into HR.
The HR Assistant will provide efficient and professional support to the HR team and be one of the first points of contact to the business. This role will report into the HR Business Partner team but provide additional support to the Head of Communications and Head of Talent Development.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide accurate and timely administration and advice of all HR policies and processes to the business as well as responding to employee queries.
- Works closely with the HRSC team to drive consistency across the business, improving processes and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports of key HR data.
- Attend, contribute to and organise regular team meetings, including room bookings as required.
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners on employee relations matters where appropriate.
- Supports the business with any Workday training needs, promoting self service capability.
- Provides administration support in preparing talent and succession data Assists in coordinating attendance lists for training, sending pre and post work to participants
Qualifications, Experience, Competence:
Qualifications
· Third Level Qualification (desirable)
Experience
· Experience within in a similar role within a professional services environment is preferred but not essential.
Functional/Technical Competencies
· Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
· Excellent administrative skills and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
