Northern Soul is on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who is looking for a new challenge. We want you to run with, grow and develop the business to even grater things!!

What are we looking for?
Your mission is to be the one that supports and drives the team to be better every single day through having a hands on approach in the day to day operation. An experienced, personable, passionate and inspiring leader, with an entrepreneurial drive who will take the challenge and develop the restaurant as your own. You'll inject your positive ‘can do’ attitude into every moment you’re in the venue and provide leadership to ensure constant delivery of overall excellence.
You must have experience at the same level in a similar high-volume site with a high level of passion for great food. You must be customer service focused, a poor customer experience should make you feel worse than being hit by a bus on a Wet Wednesday in Wigan!
As part of your role you will
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and Directors and liaise
- Be the authority on all things polices and procedures and be the key decision maker within the restaurant
- Have careful budget management of stock and staff costs
- Complete end of day and weekly business reports and deliver results, bi weekly with senior management
- Take charge of ongoing staff development
- BE ACE, BE FAIR, STRIVE FOR SUCCESS AND DELIVER WHAT YOU SAY, YOU ARE GOING TO DO!
Qualifications and Experience
- Evidence of at least 4 years experience of high volume, fast paced, high performance environment
- 3 years + in a senior management role
- Level 2 in Health and Hygiene (ideally)
- Kitchen experience or an idea of the workings of a kitchen ideal
- Financial and numeracy skills
- Proven track record of hitting weekly targets and reporting back to head office accordingly
