Operations Support Coordinator
Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a dynamic and customer focused coordinator to provide customer service administrative and analytical support to support the entire Fleet Services team. As an Operations Support Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal efficiency of all Fleet Service operations and processes on a day to day basis from customer/supplier set up through to invoice payments.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service background with the ability to deal with daily queries, escalations and network centres. Have excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS excel, word, powerpoint. Have strong communications & interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will
- Manage daily customer service queries, tasks and escalations from network members, customers, call centre services and internal teams, ensuring timely query resolution.
- Production and analysis of monthly internal and external reports.
- Complete daily operational processes reporting including fleet authorisation reports.
- Work with the Fleet Services and Tyre Service teams to set up and implement new customers as required.
- Liaise with sales teams and call centre services where required to ensure processes are captured accurately and the customers’ requirements are delivered.
- Support the sales teams with training and development materials for their own development and deployment of the MFS systems into the customers operational environment.
- Supporting the MFS Operations Manager in developing and delivering training materials to ensure the network members can optimize the use of the MFS systems.
- Supporting the fleet accounting team to ensure purchase ledger and sales ledger activity is managed accurately and within MTS financial policies.
- Support the marketing function in production of content for social media platforms, press releases, adverts, etc
- Preparation of monthly rebate statements (inbound & outbound)
- Preparation of quarterly network performance statements
- Ensure compliance of data with GDPR legislation and MTS policies
Our customer facing role is a remote position with quarterly meetings held in Exeter.
Salary £25-30K. Benefits include: Pension, Retail Vouchers, Staff Discount plus other great benefits.
