Job description
- Responsible for leading a pre-shift meeting to go through the daily or nightly expectations for the staff that are about to clock in. Cover any updates, features, or information to be handed over
- Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives throughout the shift!
- Ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the shift while resolving any customer issues or complaints
- Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience each time they visit
- Ensuring proper compliance with cash control procedures, and performing related accounting and administrative reports as required
- The Floor Manager may serve in any capacity within the restaurant as needed due to associate absence and perform related duties and assignments as required
- Motivating the team throughout the shift
- Providing coaching and feedback for the FOH and BOH staff
- Touching each table and ensuring every guest is enjoying their time with us
- Ensuring the venue is always on brand with the music, lighting, and atmosphere
- Have open communication with the entire team including the partners
- Hold the team accountable for their duties required of them and ensure teamwork is at the forefront
- Manage Daily Operations and POS functions
- Inspect opening and closing responsibilities of staff by signing off in accordance with daily checklists
- Enforce company policies and procedures with cash handling & reconciliation – balance tills, provide due-backs
- Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to workindependently
- Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
