The award-winning and new Babul's Darlington is looking for part-time experienced Reataurant Hosts to join the team.
Hosts provide the first impression to our guests, so providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome is vital.
The role will involve welcoming guests, managing table reservations, answering phone calls, and email enquirers, assisting guests with requests and hosting the bar area.
Experience of using Restaurant Reservations systems is desirable.
The bar area should be well-presented at all times and the host will over see this area, keeping it clean and tidy and hosting bar guests.
We are looking for team members who can work in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a luxury Restaurant.
You will need excellent time manag and communication skills, be well-presented, and confident leading a busy Restaurant service.
The role includes evenings and weekend working, with shifts initially from 5pm until 9pm, but we are happy to discuss hours at interview for the right candidate.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-24 per week
Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
