WB Employment are hiring Production Operatives to work within our health foods client based in Bristol, BS31. No experience is needed, if you have a passion for health food and can demonstrate great attention to detail then we would love to hear from you.

Please make sure you can easily commute to Keynsham BS31 before applying.

You will be working around and with ingredients that may contain nuts, eggs and dairy.

• Main Duties
• Read and follow work procedures and diagrams or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Attention to details while weighing out ingredients.
• Follow food hygiene levels.
• Work within a cleanroom environment, in full gown and gloves (provided).
• Ensure production targets are met by meeting targets, following procedures, bills of materials, instructions, and process aid sheets.
• Operate manual and semi-automated equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication while working with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and processes.
• Aid in quality activities, training sessions, project work and employee activity teams.

• You can consistently lift and be on foot for large portions of the day.
• You have excellent attention to detail.

• You can fluently speak, read, and write English.
• You are comfortable using basic mathematics
